I called Alan, as required some work to be carried out the same day. Despite him being on holiday, he popped by to carry out what he thought was going to be a simple task, actually turned out to be slightly more challenging task than expected. However, this didn't stop Alan and he gave it a go and completed the task in no time. Thank you so much for your services. I would highly recommend him.
